2011 LHS Volleyball Statistics (11-22-11)
The
2011 Louisville High School volleyball statistics revealed a look inside
the Lions' 17-13 record.
Senior Natalie Minchow, a two-time first team All-ECNC selection, led
the Lions in six of the nine recorded categories, including kills per
set (3.2), hitting efficiency (.388) and aces (.9 per set).
Sophomore libero McKenna Zahn led LHS in digs per set with 4.2 and and serve receptions (4.4) Junior setter Madison Shepard led the Lions with four assists per set while Tori Dean's dig accuracy of 77.9 topped all Lions in 2011.
"Louisville had a very positive season this year with a 17-13 record," said Louisville head coach Marge Davenport. "Over half of our losses came from teams that went on to state. We will miss our senior leadership in four year starter setter/right-side Natalie Minchow, middle Megan Poland, and backup defensive specialist Sarah Dillon and Maylea Bauers. To lead the helm in 2012 will be Tori Dean, Morgan Dittberner, Jordyn Marcoe, Hannah Rose, Madison Shepard, Paige Higginbotham, Samantha Lane, and McKenna Zahn."
