Honors for Crush Trio

Three Cass County Central Crush softball players were selected to the
2011 ECNC All-Conference team by league coaches.
Senior pitcher Heather Hauschild, senior shortstop Malanie Gist and sophomore
outfielder LeighAnn Novotny were Crush players honored. League tournament
champion Conestoga topped the listing with four players on the ten girl
roster.
Outfielder Abbie Tlustos, a senior, and junior catcher Carlee Derby were
selected to the Honorable Mention list.
Cass County Central compiled a 15-13 record this fall, placing second
at the District C-1 Tournament to State Runner-up Ashland-Greenwood.
